The AAPC Foundation Lake / DiVall Fellowship Scholarship Committee will review and select finalists. Finalists will be interviewed and the Committee will select scholarship recipients. Recipients will be notified by the Foundation Director.
To be considered for an AAPC Foundation Lake / DiVall Fellowship Scholarship, applicants must complete an application and return it to AAPC Foundation by Friday, October 25th, 2024. The application must include:

Letters of recommendation should be sent as pdf files (with the name of the applicant as part of the file name) directly from the author to apply@theaapc.org. Alternatively, letters can be mailed to the AAPC Foundation at the mailing address above. The letter should indicate the capacity in which the letter writer knows the applicant, e.g. as a student, employee, or other capacity.
